**Greymont Systems – Return & Refund Policy**

We stand behind every piece of mission gear we ship. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

**Eligible Returns:**  
- Within 30 days of delivery  
- Unused, in original packaging, tags attached  
- Contact ops@greymontsystems.com with your order # to initiate

**Non-Returnable:**  
- Opened medical kits  
- Ammunition or regulated items  
- Final Sale marked products

**Refunds:**  
Processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping and handling non-refundable unless the issue is ours.

**Exchanges:**  
Not offered. Please return and reorder if needed.

**Return Shipping:**  
Customer pays return postage unless due to error or defect.
